Finding Life's Value: "GRATITUDE" Edition-Pt. THREE

Life happens, and some experiences are unavoidable. Strive to avoid allowing your hurts and pains to cripple you into inaction by having a victim mentality.

Key number 1: Don't allow your fears to victimize you into inaction.

Life happens, and some experiences are unavoidable. Strive to avoid allowing your hurts and pains to cripple you into inaction by having a victim mentality. Know that you've got this and make a go of it. Believe in your abilities again. Trust the process because dreams are not, will not, and are not built overnight.

Key number 2: Emotional purging De-stressing and facing your fears is a means of emotional cleansing.

And a part of that process includes purging, which contributes to emotional cleansing. When your mind is cluttered with the stuff of life, it removes the focus off of the good things that you have going on. Sometimes we can become our limitations. Our own worst enemy, by engaging in unhealthy relationships for example. Stop breaking your own heart by holding on to the former, which prohibits you from reaching and accepting your future higher selves.

Key number 3: You will learn to appreciate how far that your journey has taken you.

A significant learning from my present experience is sometimes moving backward is going forward. Family, there will be moments in which you may have to reinvent a new way to live AND embrace your life, even unexpectantly. Don't risk becoming stagnant because you are afraid to take a chance. Take a step in the right direction and avoid what makes you feel undeserving, undesirable, unloved, or insignificant. Learn the value of putting a smile on your face. Sometimes your greatest tragedy will become your greatest triumph.

Here is your empowerment quote for today by ― Steve Maraboli, who wrote Life, the Truth, and Being Free." Believes that "You were put on this earth to achieve your greatest self, to live out your purpose, and to do it courageously."

Sharing is caring. Ha.
